Finally, stop at the Ngorongoro Oldeani Mountain Lodge, a delightful colonial lodge situated on a picturesque hill with spectacular views of Oldeani Mountain and the Ngorongoro Crater rim. Day 1: Lake Manyara
Met on early morning arrival at Arusha Airport or Kilimanjaro International Airport, and commence safari. Depart for Lake Manyara National Park, famous for its tree-climbing lions (150 km). Afternoon enjoy a game drive in the Park.
Overnight: Lake Manyara Kilimamoja Lodge
Meals: Lunch and Dinner
Day 2: Serengeti National Park
Drive to the world-famous Serengeti National Park with game viewing en route (235 km). Enjoy your first-afternoon game drive in the open Serengeti plains.
Overnight: Ole Serai Luxury Camp
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
Day 3: Serengeti National Park
Breakfast is followed by a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch. Or take an early morning balloon flight over the Serengeti followed by a 'bubbly' bush breakfast (optional extra) before a full-day game drive.
Overnight: Ole Serai Luxury Camp
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater
Drive to the Ngorongoro Crater via Olduvai Gorge (200 km). The afternoon is at leisure.
Visit a local Masai village (time permitting).
Overnight: Ngorongoro Oldeani Mountain Lodge
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater
Drive down into the Crater for a full day of game viewing with a picnic lunch. This extinct volcano plays host to wildebeest, zebras, buffaloes, gazelles, elephants, rhinos, and big cats.
Overnight: Ngorongoro Oldeani Mountain Lodge
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
Day 6: Arusha
Return to Arusha by road (200 km). Lunch at a local restaurant.
Proceed to the airport for an afternoon/evening onward flight back home.
