Why should I make payments using a credit card?

Credit card payments are the fastest and easiest method of making payments to us. We can immediately get approval once the payment is processed. This payment method helps us confirm reservations easily.

Why is there a 5% bank transfer charge?

This mode of payment has a 5% bank surcharge that has to be added on top of the original amount. The 5% charge is not from Afrima Luxury Travel; it is a bank surcharge for credit card transactions.

How would I know if the credit card payment is successful?

After you input the card details through the secured site, you’ll see the approval and the online invoice receipt that you must print out for your records. Kindly send us a copy of the payment receipt to confirm your reservation promptly.

What happens if my credit card transaction fails?

If your credit card transaction fails, you may need to contact your bank to reauthorize payments to Tanzania. Oftentimes, banks may put a caveat to protect their customers from fraudulent transactions in foreign countries.

1. Payments and Bookings:

  • Payment Schedule; A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. 2. Cancellation Policies;

  • Cancellation by Traveler:

  • Cancellations made 72 hours to 7 days before departure will incur a charge of 75% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 7-21 days before departure will incur a charge of 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made 21 days or longer before departure incur no cancellation fees but cancellations can only made through Afrima Luxury Travel's official sales email, info@afrimaluxurytravel.com.
  • “No shows” no shows will be charged 100% (no shows include showing up after meeting up)
  • Afrima Luxury Travel Reserves the right to resell tickets for no-showing clients.


  • Cancellation by Afrima Luxury Travel: In the unlikely event that AFRIMA cancels the trip, all payments will be fully refunded, or an alternative arrangement will be offered.
