What types of cards are accepted?

We Accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Wire Transfer.


Why should I make payments using a credit card?

Credit card payments are the fastest and easiest method of making payments to us. We can immediately get approval once the payment is processed. This payment method helps us confirm reservations easily.

Why is there a 5% bank transfer charge?

This mode of payment has a 5% bank surcharge that has to be added on top of the original amount. The 5% charge is not from Afrima Luxury Travel; it is a bank surcharge for credit card transactions.

How would I know if the credit card payment is successful?

After you input the card details through the secured site, you’ll see the approval and the online invoice receipt that you must print out for your records. Kindly send us a copy of the payment receipt to confirm your reservation promptly.

What happens if my credit card transaction fails?

If your credit card transaction fails, you may need to contact your bank to reauthorize payments to Tanzania. Oftentimes, banks may put a caveat to protect their customers from fraudulent transactions in foreign countries.

Cancellation Policies and Fees

Upon booking confirmation, a deposit of 30% is required to reserve your space. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Visa, MasterCard, American Express Credit Cards, and PayPal are accepted for the initial deposit.

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to Afrima Luxury Travel. At the time we receive the cancellation, all money will be refunded less the following cancellation charges, deducted from the total land-only price:

91 days or more before departure: Cancellation fees equal the amount of your deposit

90 to 61 days before departure: 50% of the package price is non-refundable

60 to 46 days before departure: 65% of the package price is non-refundable

45 days or less before departure: 100% of the package price is non-refundable

Within 90 days before departure cancellation fees will apply. You may also be responsible for any fees imposed by hotels, airlines, etc., that are over and above your land arrangements, due to your cancellation of your original date bookings.

Please note that no partial refunds will be given for any reason for unused meals, hotel rooms, airport transfers, etc. Afrima Luxury Travel reserves the right to increase the tour price if cost increases due to changes in airfares, currency fluctuations, park fee increases, fuel surcharges, taxes, etc. Afrima Luxury Travel reserves the right to alter the tour without notice.

Afrima Luxury Travel is not responsible for expenses incurred by trip members in preparing for the trip (e.g., visa fees, immunizations, insurance, equipment, etc.) or any necessary additional travel arrangements should you embark from home before the group departure date. Accommodations are subject to change.

Note: Tour packages are confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit of the total cost of the package. Balance Payable in full 30 days before arrival. Full payment or 50% is required if the tour is booked for less than 30 days.
